At GiftNation, we’re seeking an energetic and structured colleague to help our collection shine across the most exciting loyalty and gifting platforms.

 

What will you do?

You’re the heartbeat of our operation. From managing top-notch collections to daily contact with suppliers and processing orders — you make sure everything runs smoothly: in our systems, on screen, and in practice. You’ve got it all under control.

Specifically, this means:

• Product management: You ensure products are correctly presented — from copy to categorization. All product information reaches our partners on time, complete and accurate.

• Order processing: You handle orders for both digital and physical products in our systems and coordinate with suppliers.

• Purchasing & stock: You create purchase orders, monitor delivery times, and check availability.

• Campaign coordination: Together with the team, you keep track of product planning and deadlines.

• Collaboration: You align with purchasing, sales, operations, and suppliers on what’s needed, where bottlenecks arise, and how we can improve our processes.

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a well-organized environment. You’re accurate, social, independent, and love variety. And you’re passionate about optimizing processes.

• You hold a completed bachelor’s degree (HBO level).

• You’re a true multitasker with an eye for quality.

• You have a strong interest in product management, purchasing, and order processing.

• You think in solutions and take initiative.

• You’re a great communicator and enjoy working in a team.

• You enjoy working with numbers and structure just as much as you love beautiful products.

• You get energy from planning, organizing, and getting things done.

• A salary between €2,500 – €3,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
