Do you have a sharp eye for commercial opportunities, dare to take responsibility and make sure everything runs smoothly? At GiftNation we are looking for an energetic and results driven Junior Account Manager who helps take our partnerships to the next level.
What will you do?
You are the beating heart of our organisation. You are the main point of contact for both existing and new partners and know exactly how to create win win situations. From managing strong collections to daily partner contact and order processing. You make sure our partners perform at their best and that everything is correct in our systems, in visuals and in practice. You are in control.
Your responsibilities:
– Building and maintaining relationships: You build and strengthen relationships with national and international partners. You aim to get the maximum out of every partnership and continuously look for new opportunities.
– Smart negotiation: Together with your team you close deals that work for us, our partners and our customers. You look beyond price and focus on quality, sustainability and delivery conditions.
– Onboarding: You onboard new partners from contract management to content and go live within our sales channels.
– Internal collaboration: You align with operations, sales and partners on needs, bottlenecks and improvements in cooperation.
– Operational support: You process orders of digital and physical products in our systems and coordinate this with partners.

You are a commercial talent who not only sees opportunities but also acts on them. With your energy, attention to detail and persuasive skills you help move our partners and organisation forward.
– You have completed a higher professional education degree
– You are social, structured and commercially minded
– You enjoy working together but can also make independent decisions
– You have an eye for detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind
– You get energy from networking, planning, communicating and getting things done properly

– Salary indication between 2.750 and 3.500 euro gross per month full time
