At GiftNation we work for several lotteries in the Netherlands. Every draw means thousands of prizes that must be arranged properly, quickly and without errors. There is a lot involved in that. And that is exactly where you come in. We are looking for a Project Manager Lottery who supports our clients operationally and keeps an overview of the entire process.

What will you do?

You are the main point of contact for our lottery clients. You make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and that our clients are satisfied. You keep everything under control.

• Daily contact with clients and suppliers about planning and progress
• Organizing and purchasing prizes
• Aligning processes with suppliers
• Preparing and sending communications to winners
• Checking files and quantities
• Administrative processing of orders and invoicing

 

Identifying and improving processes where they can be smarter or more efficient

Who are you?

You like structure, you have an eye for detail and you get energy from organizing things. You enjoy managing many moving parts at the same time and you keep a clear overview, even when things get busy.

• You have HBO level thinking and working ability
• You are social, structured and accurate
• You communicate clearly, both by phone and email
• You easily switch between client, supplier and colleagues
• You feel responsible for the final result
• Preferably you have experience in an operational or project-based role
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Your drive and ability to learn are more important to us.

• Salary indication €3,000 to €3,500 gross per month based on full time
