Brand Partnership Manager (32 hours)

For the strategic partnership between GiftNation and Marie-Stella-Maris, we are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for representing, managing, and growing the Marie-Stella-Maris gifting channel within GiftNation.
You will become the commercial face of Marie-Stella-Maris within GiftNation. We are looking for someone who is not only commercially driven but who also truly understands what premium brand experience means. Someone with a strong sense of aesthetics, service, storytelling, hospitality, and brand experience. A true “Marietje”.
What will you do?
As a Brand Partnership Manager, you will actively contribute to the growth of Marie-Stella-Maris within the corporate market. You will be the primary point of contact for all Marie-Stella-Maris gifting projects within GiftNation. Working closely with both the GiftNation and Marie-Stella-Maris teams, you will help translate commercial opportunities into premium brand experiences that reflect the unique character of Marie-Stella-Maris.
From corporate gifting and loyalty campaigns to premium partnerships, you will work at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and operations. You understand that premium gifting is all about attention to detail, quality, and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities include:
New Business & Partnerships
* Proactively approaching new corporate gifting clients and strategic partners.
* Identifying commercial opportunities within gifting, loyalty, and employee engagement.
* Building and independently managing a strong sales pipeline.
* Preparing and following up on proposals, quotations, and partnership opportunities.
* Negotiating commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
Key Account Management
* Managing and growing the Marie-Stella-Maris gifting channel within GiftNation.
* Building long-term relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
* Advising clients on premium gifting concepts, activations, and brand experiences.
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Brand Ambassadorship
* Representing Marie-Stella-Maris as a premium lifestyle brand.
* Safeguarding the brand’s appearance and positioning across all gifting initiatives and partnerships.
* Ensuring that communications, presentations, and activations align with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.
* Inspiring clients through storytelling, product expertise, and brand experience.
* Representing the brand during client meetings, events, and activations.
Business Ownership
* Forecasting, pipeline management, and maintaining accurate administration.
* Managing and monitoring commercial agreements and operational follow-up.
* Analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities.
* Contributing ideas for new propositions and growth strategies.
* Actively supporting the continued growth and professionalisation of this strategic partnership.
Who are you?
You are commercially driven, service-oriented, and understand that premium partnerships are built on trust, quality, presentation, and attention to detail.
You are someone who:
* Enjoys relationship management and client interaction.
* Takes ownership and works independently.
* Identifies commercial opportunities and knows how to turn them into results.
* Easily navigates between different stakeholders.
* Works in a structured and organised manner.
* Has a strong affinity with premium brands, hospitality, and aesthetics.
* Understands that brand experience is just as important as sales performance.
* Thrives in a dynamic environment and during peak gifting seasons.
In addition:
* You hold a bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent).
* You have at least 3 to 5 years of commercial experience.
* You have experience in account management, business development, or partnerships.
* You are skilled at building relationships and closing deals.
* You work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
* You understand how premium brands are built and protected.
* You have a strong sense of aesthetics, service, and brand experience.
* You can easily communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* You are ambitious and eager to grow.
