Build Strong Partnerships and Make an Impact (32-40 hours)
Do you have a sharp eye for commercial opportunities and a drive to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Are you ready for the next step in your career, where negotiation, networking, and closing smart deals take center stage? At GiftNation, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Buyer to enrich our product portfolio and elevate our partnerships to the next level.
What will you do? 
As a Buyer, you’ll have the opportunity to actively build a strong and diverse product range. You’ll be the main contact for both existing and new suppliers and know exactly how to create a win-win situation. Your responsibilities include:
Strengthening the assortment: Analyze trends and customer needs to keep our product offerings innovative and appealing. 
Attracting new partners: Actively search for new suppliers and products, establish strategic collaborations, and expand our impact. 
Smart negotiations: Close deals that are advantageous not only for our company but also for our loyalty and gifting customers. You’ll focus on quality, sustainability, and delivery terms beyond just pricing. 
Building relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with both national and international suppliers, while onboarding promising new partners. 
Contributing to innovation: Collaborate on new concepts and ideas to enhance our market position.
Who are you? 
You are a commercial talent who not only spots opportunities but also has the courage to seize them. With your energy, boldness, and persuasiveness, you achieve results.
Educational background: A completed bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or supply chain management. 
Experience: 4-6 years in a commercial role such as procurement, sales, or account management. 
Analytical strength: Ability to translate data into smart strategies and spot opportunities. 
Relationship builder: Strong communication skills to establish and maintain sustainable partnerships. 
Proactive: You take initiative, work independently, and always keep the bigger picture in mind. 
Authenticity: You are credible and take responsibility for your actions.
